Usage Policy

1. Personal Household License

When you purchase an album on Loadio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that album for the personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the purchaser and the members of the purchaser's immediate household who live at the same physical address.

2. Who Is Covered

The license covers only:

• The individual who completed the purchase on this website.
• Members of the purchaser's family who permanently reside in the same household at the same address.

3. Who Is Not Covered

The license does not extend to anyone outside of the purchaser's in-house family, including but not limited to:

• Family members who do not live in the same household (for example, adult children living on their own, parents, siblings, grandparents, or in-laws residing at a different address).
• Friends, neighbors, colleagues, or classmates.
• Any other third party, whether related to the purchaser or not.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not, under any circumstances, do any of the following with albums purchased on Loadio:

• Copy, duplicate, or reproduce the audio files for anyone outside of your household.
• Share, send, upload, or otherwise distribute the files — including via email, messaging apps, USB drives, CDs, cloud storage links, file-sharing services, or any similar means — to anyone who is not covered by this license.
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the purchased content.
• Publicly perform, broadcast, stream, or post the content on any public or shared platform.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measures that limit access to your download links.

5. Download Links

The secure download links delivered after purchase are intended solely for the purchaser. Forwarding, posting, or otherwise sharing these links with anyone outside of the purchaser's household is a violation of this policy.

6. Ownership

All albums, tracks, artwork, and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective artists, labels, and rights holders. Your purchase grants you a license to use the content as described above, not ownership of the underlying work.

7. Violations

Loadio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of this policy, to revoke access to purchased downloads, and to pursue any additional remedies available under applicable copyright and contract law. Violations may also be reported to the affected rights holders.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Usage Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Loadio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
